Marilynn Hicks, Linda Roy, and Caron Perkins are the three daughters of Dorothy and John (Sonny) Russell. Five generations of our family have lived in Motley County. Upcoming Events

On November 5, the Motley County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a “thank you” event for anyone who hunts in the county. The chamber will be serving brisket and all the trimmings in front of the Hotel Matador from 11-2. Local merchants have also donated prizes to be given away in an on-site drawing. Some of the prizes are certificates for meals, hand-made mesquite dominoes, and a G Hicks Knife.
